Starting at the Campingpark Kalletal, you cycle eastwards on this beautiful tour, past the "Ostenuther Kiesteiche", and cross the North Rhine-Westphalian state border towards Lower Saxony. The easy, short route takes you on a section of the Weser Cycle Path along the Doktorsee lake into the city of Rinteln. The historic old town with its market square in the centre is characterised by numerous half-timbered houses in the Weser Renaissance style. Here you can stroll around to your heart's content, go out to eat and enjoy the old town flair. We also have a small restaurant tip for you: the Restaurant Bodega, directly in the city centre.
