Please dispose of your garbage at the recycling station. The containers for the individual recyclables are clearly marked. Please remember the costs that will also have to be passed on to you if the waste is handed over unsorted. Bringing household waste will result in being expelled from the site. There is no option for disposing of organic waste.

This depends on currents, wind, and temperature.

Rental bicycles can be booked directly through reception.
Go-karts can only be booked online. Pick-up time is from 1:00 PM at reception, and return is due by 12:00 PM the following day.

The allocated parking space is available to you from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the accommodation from 3 p.m.
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you not to start dismantling the tent and caravan before 7 a.m. on the day of departure. Please vacate the pitch by 12 p.m. and the accommodation by 11 a.m.
Late departure on the day of departure only by arrangement until 6 p.m. and only possible for stays of 3 or more nights
If you have successfully checked in online and have the correct license plate number, you can drive yourself through the barrier to your parking space from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Arrivals with booked accommodation will receive the key at reception between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you arrive later, please notify us by phone or email.

If you are receiving visitors (day guests), please register them at reception. The price list can be found here: Price List . Visitors must be met at reception. Dogs are not allowed.
You cannot receive day guests on the day of departure.
On your departure day, please check out in your self-service area. You can conveniently make the remaining payment directly there: either via PayPal or credit card, if you provided one with your deposit. The corresponding invoice will also be available in your self-service area after full payment. You can also pay the remaining balance at reception with a debit or credit card.
Please note: our barrier will not open on the day of departure without full payment.
You are welcome to order your bread rolls a few days before your arrival in the self-service area. There you can view, change, or add to your order at any time. Daily orders are only possible until 4:00 PM. Please pick up your bread rolls between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM at the mini-market.

Our fully equipped camper kitchen is freely available to our guests. Here you can cook, eat and be together. We ask that you leave everything clean and complete so that other guests can also enjoy it.
Opening times are from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m
We do not offer any additional permanent parking spaces. But since it is so beautiful here, you can of course also visit us as a guest and book directly here.
The use of our sanitary facilities is included in the price.
Nevertheless: water is precious! Use it sparingly.
In our mini-market at reception you will find some everyday necessities.

Sewage/fecal waste disposal
Please dispose of waste water in the drains provided. Allowing wastewater to seep away is not permitted. Special drains are also available for faeces. Please only use sanitary liquids that are biodegradable. You can also get information about this at reception.

Go-karts can only be booked online.
Here's how to rent a go-kart:

Select booking date. In the booking system, select the desired date on which you would like to use the go-kart.
Specify the number of participants. When booking, indicate that you would like to reserve the go-kart for one person .
Make your booking. Complete the booking online by following the instructions on the page.
Picking up the go-kart: On the day of your booking, go to reception from 13:00 onwards to pick up the go-kart.
Return: Items must be returned to reception by 12:00 noon the following day .
Six charging stations for electric cars are located in the parking lot in front of reception. Please contact reception between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. if needed.
Use is exclusively for our overnight guests.
To avoid overloading the power grid, charging at the parking space is not permitted.
The gym is equipped with a combination lock. You can use the gym as often as you like during opening hours. Enter the code and the door will open. You can obtain the code at reception.
Please use the fitness room only for exercise and not for showering. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Grilling is generally permitted, but only in a designated grill. Campfires (weather permitting) are permitted at the official campfire site. Please only use dry firewood. Further information is available at reception.
2 dogs per pitch and designated chalets, with the exception of fighting dogs, are welcome on our campsite ( dog law for North Rhine-Westphalia ) . Dear dog owner, please remember that there are many children and adults who are afraid of dogs. Please only keep your dog on a leash and do not let him run free, not even on your pitch. If your dog does its business on the campsite, please remove it immediately. If you don't have a bag available, you can find it opposite the reception. Young people under the age of 18 are only permitted to stay if accompanied by a legal guardian.
During the summer holidays we offer children's entertainment. Our place also has a children's playroom, a soccer field and a volleyball field. We welcome children who make friends with other children and explore the area together on foot or by bike.

Pedal boats and SUPs are available for rent. Opening hours are from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
From Monday to Friday, please check in at reception.
On Saturdays and Sundays, distribution takes place directly on the beach. Opening hours may vary; the weather forecast is the guideline.

Out of consideration for our younger guests, vehicles may only be driven on designated paths and at walking pace (5 km/h). Paths and access roads must be kept clear at all times. Please avoid unnecessary car journeys. Guest vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking space.
Only one vehicle is permitted per parking space. Additional vehicles can only be accepted if they are registered and sufficient space is available. Vans and trucks are only permitted by prior arrangement. Mopeds and scooters are not allowed on the premises.
Opposite the reception there is a mailbox which is emptied by the post office
For insurance reasons, no packages are accepted for our guests
Out of consideration for our little guests, vehicles may only be moved on marked paths and only at a walking pace of 5 km/h.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
The peace and quiet of our guests is of utmost importance to us. Should you disturb the peace at night, we will unfortunately be forced to ask you to leave the premises.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please observe these quiet hours for the comfort of all guests.
Vehicle traffic on the campsite should be avoided during this time. You can make an emergency call using the emergency button at reception. If there is an urgent reason to leave the campsite during this time, this is of course possible after consulting with the local campsite management or in case of imminent danger. Please ring the bell at reception for this.
The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings and all booking options:
for cancellations up to 43 days before arrival: 0 percent of the confirmed total price,
for cancellations 42 to 29 before arrival: 25 percent of the confirmed total price,
for cancellations 28 to 15 days before arrival: 50 percent of the confirmed total price,
for cancellations 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80 percent of the confirmed total price,
For cancellations 2 days before arrival up to the booked arrival day: 90 percent of the confirmed total price.
The decisive factor for determining the time of cancellation is the time at which we receive the declaration of cancellation. You are free to provide proof that the claim did not arise or did not arise to the required amount, for example as a result of the property being re-rented in whole or in part.
Water taps may not be changed for reasons of hygiene. The fittings must not be fitted with attachments. Disposing of wastewater at the water points is strictly prohibited. Violations can lead to expulsion.

What are some sources of disturbance at the campsite?
- Weather dependent: strong wind, rain.
- No direct view of a mast (vegetation, own/other caravan (walls, metal parts), walls of the chalets).
- Older devices that do not have a good antenna (and therefore have no transmission power)
- electronic devices, microwaves, which can interfere with radio signals, among other things
What should I do if I don't have Wi-Fi?
- Do I see a Wi-Fi mast?
- Park your caravan in the best possible way to avoid interfering with the Wi-Fi signal (not directly in front of a Wi-Fi mast)
- Use a Wi-Fi repeater or extender to receive and amplify the Wi-Fi signal.
The tent meadow should be particularly available to guests traveling through with small 1-2 man tents. The size of the tent should not exceed approx. 10 square meters of floor space (corresponding to approx. 230cm x 430cm). Pavilions or other tents are not permitted on the booked campsite.
